1. After Downloading Burn or Mount the "Adobe Cs5.5 Master Collection.iso"
(if not you can extract it with WinZip)
2. Patch the host file Then Run the Setup "Set-up".
3. During Installation when ask for serial just open your Required OS keygen either 32bit or 64bit
4. You will find further Detail instruction in Adobe CS5.5> Activation
